Competition details:

Theme: Your Southpoint Shopping Centre

Medium:  Any type of paint, pastel, etc. can be used.

Size of the Artwork: A3, 420mm X 297mm

Award and Prizes: 1 winner of $1000, 1 People’s Choice Award voted by shoppers of Southpoint Shopping Centre

The competition is open for children aged from 7 to 12.

How to apply:

1. Fill up the online entry form below or email the pdf entry form to sheron.kwan@posangbros.com.au before 26th August 2018.

 

2. Label the original artwork with the following information at the back of the artwork

a) Name of the artist

b) Name of the Guardian

c) Age

d) Contact number

e) Email

 

3. Submit the original artwork by Post/ Courier/ In Person to the below address before 9th September 2018 :

Terms and conditions of entry:

1. Little human drawing contest is open to young artists from the age of 7 to 12.

2. Entries must be the artist original work.

3. Only one submission per artist.

4. Dimensions of work must be in A3, H420mm X W297mm.

5. Entries must be created in response to the theme “Your Southpoint Shopping Centre”.

6. Entry forms must be submitted by email or online on or before 26th August 2018, 5pm.

7. Confirmation of entry will be via email to entrants once the entry form is received.

8. All works must be labelled clearly on the back of the original artwork with the artist’s name, contact number

9. Whilst all care will be taken with the handling of the artwork, neither Southpoint Shopping Centre, its staffs or subcontractors in the competition will be responsible for any loss or damage to the artworks for the duration of the competition and exhibition in Southpoint Shopping Centre.

10. In registering the competition, guardian of all artists consent to the possibility of entries including name, image and the artwork being photographed and used in the competition and in social media for marketing and/or promotional purposes by Southpoint Shopping Centre.

11. Winner will be announced on 28th September 2018.

12. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged on its own creative merit.

13. The judge’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

14. The winner will receive a single prize of $1000 in total prize money.

15. The winner of People’s Choice award will receive a single prize of $300 Southpoint Gift Card.

16. The winner will be notified via SMS/ email.

17. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

18. All information is collected by Southpoint Shopping Centre and will be held in accordance with the Privacy Act. Entrant agrees to it being entered into the database of Southpoint Shopping Centre for marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes.
